I had a great experience interacting and sharing our vision of families staying away from debt. The goal of this educational rally was to teach shoppers about creating a life[style] reduction plan. I was able to take three minutes to give them some examples of life[style] decisions that could help them achieve their financial goals. Then I offered them to create their own personal goal that would reduce their life[style] for a more meaningful experience. The feedback from this experience was great.
The great possibility about this opportunity at the flea market is that there are a few bigger dealers that do accept credit cards. So, I look forward to talking with them in the future about supporting responsible shoppers and placing a “Shop Responsibly” window cling near their credit card acceptance sticker.
Look forward to our next educational rally advertised on MeetUp and Facebook. Next time, won’t you consider volunteering to talk with people about staying away from debt.
