On April 3rd, BeatingDebt.org hired Gerry O’Neill to help visualize people’s Debt Independence Day.

BeatingDebt.org set up a table at the NC Flea Market. We asked them three questions:
- When is your Debt Independence Day?
- How do you see yourself on that date?
- How would you like to celebrate that date?
With that information, Gerry was able to start drawing. In the meantime, I helped to find their Debt Independence Day using one of our many calculators. After finding their Debt Independence Day, I talked with them about the 7 Principles to Beating Debt.
Sharing God's opinion of our finances
After about 10 minutes, Gerry was complete with his drawing and I was done sharing about beating debt. Here are a couple pictures from that experience.
